In 2025, she made the bold decision to pivot from a traditional accounting career to pursue her long-standing passion for real estate. She chose to align with Magnolia Real Estate for its exceptional training, mentorship, and agent support.

Though newly licensed, Delia is no stranger to the real estate market. She owns and self-manages a mid-term furnished rental in her hometown of Peoria, Illinois, giving her firsthand experience with investment properties and rental trends.

Delia enjoys working with investors, first-time buyers, and sellers alike. Bringing a blend of financial insight, market awareness, and personal care to every transaction. 

When she’s not helping clients navigate the real estate process, she provides professional networking services for small business owners, serves as an Ambassador for the O'Fallon Chamber of Commerce, actively volunteers for Ella's Umbrella and enjoys spending time with her husband Jason, their son Davis, and their Australian Shepherd, Oreo.
